Lead Viewing Error: Value cannot be null....Parameter name: Source

When I click on leads, it gives me the error:  value cannot be null...Parameter name: Source and goes to the homepage.  I see someone had the same issue yesterday and no one has responded to her request.

Thank you,

GL

  • I've been having this same issue all week. I have 1,000 new contacts to add to my database and I'm unable to import anything because I can't physically get to the contacts page....PLEASE HELP ASAP

  • I'm also experiencing this issue when trying to view my contacts database. I can view my leads, but not contacts. Thank you for looking into this.

  • Hi Everyone,

I'm sorry you're having problems with accessing your Contacts tab. This can sometimes happen with a bad filter or caching on your browser.

In the meantime to refresh your filter, can you try logging into Insightly and then go to this URL:https://crm.na1.insightly.com/list/contact/

This should take you directly to your "Contacts Tab."

Please know that our development team is aware of this and is looking into a resolution. As soon as I have an update for you I'll be sure to let you know.

We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime. Thanks very much for your patience.
