Is it possible to use workflow automation to assign tags to organisations?

Is it possible to use workflow automation to assign tags to organisations? The reason for this is so that I have quick access to sort organisations based on the value of a custom field I have created.

    It isn't possible to use workflow automation to assign tags to organizations.
