I accidentally upgraded my account today and was supposed to upgrade another service. I can not get reach anyone on the help number and there is no email address to reach anyone. I need to cancel my charge from today.
I upgraded my account to the new insightly couple of days ago, then I logged in today (5/4/18) and I can't see any of my data. I need to know what's going on and how do I get my data back and if this going to be a continuous issue.
