400 Bad Request (Physical Request Failure)

Hi Everyone,

I have copied what I believe is a sample request. We have been running into generating errors for a form submission on a website. As part of the debug email that gets sent to your development inbox, we get the following details.

Please let me know if any further information would be of assistance.

Kind Regards,

Sean.

  • Hello Sean,

Could you elaborate on what you are trying to do and how are you getting this error?

    Thanks!

  • Hi Sushamna,

Thanks for the response. The error occurs on a form submission at the bottom of this page - http://www.adelaideanliving.com.au/

Every time the fields are completed and form submitted, the log I originally posted is received by our system.

Relaying a question from an internal developer on my team, he wished to know you are running a litespeed reverse proxy in front of your IIS server?

    Kind Regards,

    Sean.

  • Hello Sean,

I don't think we are running any reverse proxies.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!
