Account Problem


Having issues with my account, i created the account a month or two ago from a link from a colleague now i need to start using your software but it told me my password was wrong so i changed it and it logged me in but it is telling me i have tow users and when i try to upgrade its telling me i have to have a minimum of two users but there is only me. 

I also logged out and then once i logged back in it was telling me again my password was not recognised.. is there someway you can just reset my email or delete my account and i can create a new one. I would like to create a proffesional account for myself as a single user.
