Adding contacts from email

Hi,

My insightly button in the sidebar isn't working through gmail. I need to add people who email me into Insighly contacts and I have to do it all manually. Is there a way to troubleshoot?

Also, I need to add a tag to the contacts but I don't see a way to do it in the sidebar. Do I have to do this manually in Insightly every time?

Is there a fast way to import all these contacts that I haven't been able to add over the last 4 months AND add the same tag to all of them at the same time?

Hello,

Can you provide me with the steps you are taking to better help troubleshoot? At the moment you are not able to add a Tag using the Insightly sidebar this has to be done manually through Insightly web.

You are able to import Contacts and Tags via a CSV file into your Insightly Account.
