Insightly APP Taks Linking to Opportunities

 Hi,

When our client advisor looks at tasks in Insightly on the App he is not seeing what lead or opportunity the task is linked to? 

Can you please let us know how we can do this?

  • Hello,

    Let's try refreshing the Insightly mobile app. Insightly data will only refresh on your mobile device if you log out properly (using the Log Off menu item), then log back in.

  • Deleting the app in full and reinstalling seems to have resolved the issue and we are seeing opportunities linked to tasks.
