cant replace a standard account with a googleapps account

Login with googleapps takes me to:

Account owner is currently my personal email, I have invited the owner of rlcinternational.com but the system wont let me log in as them, every time I send the invite URL, it creates a standard account and not an apps account...

    But as you can see above i cant login as an apps user, so even though it thinks i have an account, i dont!

  • When I tried to delete the rlcinternational user and add them again, it says "existing inactive user is now active again" but i cant login as them!!!
