Why are 'notes' and 'files' the only things you can relate LEADS to?

    Hope you're having a great day.

    At this time that's currently by design.

    Leads are consumers that have provided their contact information and are interested in a product or service.

    Insightly sees these as potential clients that need to be contacted and converted.

    You would then reach out to the Lead and verify their interest to start the sales process.

    That's when you would convert the Lead, which would create a linked Contact, Opportunity and Organization.
