Setting up new Filter in new Insightly

I am attempting to set up a filter of my contacts in the new Insightly and the "filter" icon is not usable when I have all of the contacts pulled up and there are a few lame filter lists under all contacts but no way of setting up new ones. 


What am I missing?




  • Hi Keith,

    It sounds like you're trying to edit one of our "Standard List Views", which are setup with permanent filters that can't be adjust.

    You'll want to create a "New List View" for whichever record (Tasks, Contacts, Organization, Leads, Opportunities, Projects) you're viewing in order to apply custom filters.
