Missing reminders

Since updating to new version of Insightly I receive no (like in 0 or ZERO) task reminders. HEEELP

Btw, tried everthing, new task with new reminder date, editing old tasks with new reminder dates.

Seam that I receive reminders from task-reminders made before my update to new Insightly

  • Hi Mikael,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I'll be opening a ticket on your behalf so that we can look at this in greater detail.

Be on the lookout for our email.

  • I've had a similar problem, but only in the last month or so. Thoughts? I've checked and the dates are entered correctly.

  • Well I have already brought this to Ed B´s. attention several times, but I seam that they do not understand the issue. I think he will answer with something like try again, test your dates or something which does not help at all. I have learned to live with not having any reminders that I can trust from Insightly. Try using Evernote. They have a real good system with reminders etc.

  • Hi Insightly, I am planning to upgrade since I am running out of space. Meanwhile my REMINDER function does still not work why I would like to know if this is something you are planning to fix soon ?

  • Hello Mikael,

Have you taken the time to look through our plan features and pricing on our pricing page? Please let me know how I can help upgrade you to the plan you like to have.

In regard to the notifications for reminders are they created by you?

  • I note this has been going on for almost a year now with no action other than "I'll be opening a ticket on your behalf." Meanwhile, the Reminders feature is effectively useless, because we never know whether we'll get them or not.

This is a very basic piece  of functionality.  What's the status of the ticket and what can be done about the problem?
