Sent Emails Folder - Not Loading

About a week ago, I sent an email from Outlook. I can't specifically remember whether it was one that I had copied "BCC" to Insightly, or whether I forwarded it after the fact. In any case, my sent emails folder has not opened since. I can still access the emails in Insightly if I go directly to the contact record, and no problem accessing in Outlook. But no luck loading that Sent Emails folder in Insightly. Anyone seen this before, or know of a way to reset that folder in Insightly?

  • Note that I have two email accounts set up on my Insightly system, and it may have been when an email was sent from the "secondary" email account that this issue showed up. I sent out 8 marketing emails this morning, and noticed that only the one from the primary email shows up in the "recent activity" feed on the homepage, whereas the other 7 from my secondary email account don't. Perhaps these issues are linked?
