Trouble with Outlook Online
Every time I send an email from Outlook online through Insightly I'm required to do to the same redundant process over and over again.
I click the orange Insightly button below the email I'm wanting to send. The sidebar opens and I click "Authorize with Outlook". I then click "Allow" when Insightly asks to open a new window. Next I choose "Work or school account". My password is then auto filled and I click "Sign in". Insightly then asks for permission to do things like sign me in and read my profile, send mail as me, etc so I click "Accept". Next I am asked if I want to stay signed in, which I always click "yes". Insightly then asks for the same permissions it asked for 2 clicks ago, to which I click "accept". Finally, the window that popped up goes away and I can click "Send via Insightly" in the sidebar.
Is there something I can change that makes it so I don't have to click 8 buttons to send every single email?
