Expired card popup after new info has been entered
I have updated the card information and cannot get past the fix billing popup. I am also trying to change my account to 3 users. Every time I make the change it seems to take and then reverts back to 5 users. I don't want to be renewed for 5 users, only 3. All the similar posts say someone will contact them so I am hoping that will happen soon.
The paid account is under email@example.com but I am handling the billing.
