Gsuite

Hi

I can't log in using gsuite as it takes me to my gmail account not my @domain account and I can't work out how to fix this. 

Any advice?

    Hello Mell,

    After taking a look at your Insightly Account it seems you have both a Non-Google and G-Suite account associated with your email. Unfortunately, there’s no way to merge these accounts, and how you log into the accounts determines which account you see:

    1. Logging in with an email address and password will get you to the Non-Google account.
    2. For G-Suite login (@domain) you can log int directly by going to https://googleapps.insight.ly. 
    3. For G-Suite you also have the option to log in from the Insight.ly or Insightly.com homepage, click on the orange Login button in the upper right and select the option to Login with G Suite (do not enter an email address or password on that screen). On the next screen, select the correct Google account to log in with.
