Outlook Sidebar not Authorizing Outlook

I was able to download and install the insightly add in for outlook 365- but when I try to authorize I keep getting this message. Any advice? My ultimate goal is to get it onto Outlook 2016.

    This topic has just been brought to my attention, my apologies on behalf of Insightly for the late reply.

    I see that you are trying to use the Insightly add-in with a personal outlook account. Please be advised that the add-in only supports Office365 for business accounts, not personal email accounts.
