I was able to download and install the insightly add in for outlook 365- but when I try to authorize I keep getting this message. Any advice? My ultimate goal is to get it onto Outlook 2016.

I see that you are trying to use the Insightly add-in with a personal outlook account. Please be advised that the add-in only supports Office365 for business accounts, not personal live.com email accounts.
