Email activity for leads/contact/organizations

I send emails through Insightly using the leads/contacts email link, my Outlook 365 account opens and I send the email. A bcc email is added but, I do not see the email activity in the lead/contact/organization. Why not?

  • Hello Greg,

    Sometimes email programs mask the BCC line too well, and Insightly has a hard time determining who the message is for and link it properly. In those cases, adding your Insightly mailbox address to the CC line should work fine.
