By any chance are you using a program called Boomerang or other Google Apps extensions? Boomerang (and some other extensions) and Insightly are incompatible at this time. You would have to inactivate Boomerang to run the Insightly Sidebar.
What I like to do next is create a ticket for you seeing how you have a paid Insightly Account. Keep an eye out for an email from me today to help further troubleshoot.

Hi Alejandro,
I have removed all extension and gmail adons and it is still showing as "installed"
I did previous have boomerang but it has been uninstalled.
I have open and closed Chrome, rebooted my computer and it still "installed" however it is no longer in my gmail.
Any other tips?

I really need help!!! Can someone please make sure this is working... I cant save emails from gmail.
