I have a problem with adding my new card and adjusting the monthly billing from $45/mo to $15/mo. I'm trying to change the user count from 3 to 1, but the system won't change it.  Can I get help wit this?



  • Hi Gi'angelo,

    You'll want to make sure that your Insightly only has 1 user before adjusting the user count within Billing & Account.

    You can find the number of users by navigating to System Settings > User List.

    If you're seeing a user that no longer requires Insightly access you can delete them.

    Once your user count is at 1 within System Setting, you'll be able to adjust the user count for your subscription within Billing & Account.

  • Gotcha, but there is only 1 user and I deleted the duplicate users two months ago. I originally added my other email for access to try to change the owner on the system even thou it didn't work.  

    Right now, it's at 1 user and I try to adjust the user, but it says Fix Billing.

    I can't fix the billing for some reason. I'm trying to enter my new card, but it won't bill it. It does save the card, but I don't think it's charging the card. My card works everywhere else.

    How do I fix this?
