Insightly Sidebar for Outlook acting erratic
I have bene using the Sidebar effectively for a while but things seem to go weird at no predictable intervals. Two things in particular.
1. the Sidebar just disappears from Outlook and the only solution I have found is to reinstall it and restart Outlook.
2. While the "save email to a contact" feature has been great, today when trying to save an email it says the email is already saved. The only thing I can think of is that I am using a template but the emails till shows up in my sent box.
Please help here. Love the product but these little things get annoying after a while.
