Insightly Sidebar for Outlook acting erratic

I have bene using the Sidebar effectively for a while but things seem to go weird at no predictable intervals. Two things in particular.

1. the Sidebar just disappears from Outlook and the only solution I have found is to reinstall it and restart Outlook. 

2. While the "save email to a contact" feature has been great, today when trying to save an email it says the email is already saved. The only thing I can think of is that I am using a template but the emails till shows up in my sent box.

 

Please help here. Love the product but these little things get annoying after a while.

  • Update... I tested it and new emails save fine however emails from templates in Outlook seem to be treated all as one email and will not save. Get the message that email has already been saved - even though it is going to a differ recipient.
