Unable to link Contacts after creating new

I have created some new contacts but I am now trying to link them to Organisations and Opportunities and the contact can't be found. I have seen this issue has already been raised a few times before. Please could you advise?

    It sounds like your issue could be related to your web browser.

    To check if it’s the browser, can you try accessing the page with a different browser than the one you have been using? We recommend Firefox or Chrome and make sure that you've updated your browsers to the latest available version.

    If it works in another browser, I suggest logging out of all accounts, clearing the original browser’s cache, then signing back in to see if that resolves the problem. Here are the instructions for how to clear your cache; we've included instructions for all popular browsers, so regardless of which browser you use, we've got you covered:

    Chrome

    Firefox

    Microsoft Edge

    Safari

  • Hi,

    Thank you for your response. This has not worked, we have logged out, cleared the cache, logged back in again and also made sure we are running the latest version of Chrome.

     The record ID for the contact that we can't search for is:  263116275. Can you please investigate why we can't search for this particular contact or link them to organisations or opportunities? 

    We have seen other people reporting this similar issue so it appears that it is not just us reporting this problem?
