@Alejandro A: I have the same thing. Suddenly, email templates will no longer be saved in the system, and even some existing ones from the past few months no longer appear in my library of email templates.

This is a known issue which is happening when using Safari Version 11.1.1. Are you using the same browser when experiencing this issue?
