Total Loss of all Data

Have opened several tickets to try and get a response from support but no feedback. Our total data has been lost.....have no idea what to do other than make this post in the hope someone at insightly will respond.

  • Hey Anthony I am in the Same boat. I login and all I find is the demo data I deleted months ago.

    all my saved emails, opps, leads, notes, contacts are gone

  • Yes...same for me..everything gone except the previously deleted demo data. I really think that if insightly is going to sell this software internationally they need to offer 7 day support and at least a 16 hour per day service window to accommodate for international time zones. I love the software, but as it is a critical part of our business, we cannot be offline for days and days like this.

  • Can you image....response from Insightly was ....after they lost all your data...was quote "Sorry to hear this happened to you. Unfortunately, Insightly does not provide individual backup or data restoration services. Going forward, we suggest that you make copies of your data for situations such as this."

    Like wtf sort of organisation offers cloud solutions......losses all your data and then says "bad luck...you should back it up". How can you people still be in business. "
