Can't view or delete email in insightly with no subject line

I sent an email to Insightly using the Insightly mail box.  The email did not have any text in the Subject line.  The email appears under 'Home' and under my username, however I am unable to view or delete the email from Insightly.  The email listing says 'null' where the subject line usually is.

How can I delete this email?  Thanks.

  • There are actually two emails.  I tried twice to send the same email.  They are listed with no subject line under Home?recent Activity.  The second screen shot is 'Past Activity" under my Insightly username.  The subject line is listed as "null".  I blocked out some information on the screens I don't want to be visible outside the company.

    Thanks for that information!

    It seems that when the two emails were forward to your Insightly Account there's information on top of the original message header. When Insightly receives the message, the system will look through the first 10 lines of the email body for email addresses and domains in the original message header.

    Insightly expects the first few lines of the email body to contain the original email headers. This is why "null" is given instead of a subject line.

  • That really doesn't answer my question.  I am unable to view or delete these emails (let alone assign them to an opportunity).  I'd like to be able to delete them as this point and when I try to delete them, nothing happens.

  • On the Home page, Since I cannot view the email, I cannot delete it.

    On the Activity page under my email, I can go into the email and select Actions/Delete This Email.  the screen flashes sightly and nothing is deleted. 

    I also tried viewing the email under my user name under Activity and clicking the three dots to the right of the email and choosing "Delete This Email".  Nothing.
