Taking a look at your screenshots are you referring to the custom field "Revenue Forecast" having a value of 0? Taking a look at the records associated with this field in your Personal Reports the Records have no information within this field.
I created a custom report in my Personal reports. the custom report contains seven custom fields all of which appear on the individual opportunity screen. When I look at the report it shows all my opportunities as it is designed to do. 5 of the custom fields are populated with the information I filled out on the individual opportunity screen but two of the custom fields show a value of 0 on the report even though the have information appearing on the individual record. That is my problem. Is that clear to you?
The reason why the information in the custom field is not reflecting in your Personal Report is for the following reason:
The custom field named "Revenue Forecast" is a Text Field. Because of this numeric values will not populate in your report.
To fix this you'll need to create a new custom field but make it a "Numeric" field. Once you have made this new field you can then proceed to update these records with the new custom field.
Because Insightly makes updates to records via the Record ID here are the steps to update records:
That cannot be the reason. I set up all the custom fields as text fields. The FTE Count is set up as text but numeric value shows on the Personal Report. The Contact Name Title Phone field is set as text field and both numbers and letters show on the report. It is something else!
