Report Delivery Issues (8/20/18)

Hi Insightly Support,

I'm the administrator of REX Real Estate (Instance ID#684834)

I've gotten several help tickets from my users requesting assistance regarding non-delivery of reports, both scheduled and ad hoc. Could you please look into this and get back to me?

  • Hello Taylor,

    Our Engineering team was aware of this issue. I was able to speak to them and they confirmed to me that reports where running slow. I've been informed that everything should be working fine now. Can you please confirm this is no longer an issue.
