Workflow Automation From Email Address

Hi,

I am putting in a request to customize the from email address when sending an automated email from a workflow. Currently it appears with my name but sent by notifications@insgly.net. When communicating with leads, this looks like spam and is not particularly enticing. It would be ideal to change this to appear as if it comes directly from our email address for seamless branding.

    Because the Workflow Automation system needs to be able to send emails regardless of whether an email address was added to Insightly, it was intentionally designed this way. While we appreciate your feedback and request for this feature, we will not be implementing this nor inserting this onto our roadmap. 

    Should this ever change, we will make sure to communicate this in the main thread
