still can't access

I still can't access my data!  this is costing me money right now.  I have been emailing with someone with a help ticket and they are telling me to log in to fix it but the problem is I CAN'T LOG IN STILL..........I need this remedied immediately it has been 5 days now.  This is unacceptable!

    I'm sorry to hear you are still having login issues. I see that Alejandro and our Senior Tech Rep has been trying to help resolve this. In case you're not receiving the emails being sent to you, here are the details below.

    Sorry for the confusion. I hadn't realized the admin email wasn't active previously. If you've re-set up that email account, can you try to go to https://login.insightly.com > Forgot password? This will allow you to change the password so you can log in as the admin. 

    In regards to the new profile for admin@cannaregs.com - it sounds like you're trying to login directly to Insightly. You still need to complete your user invitation before the login will activate. 

    Can you please go to this URL to complete the invitation process: https://5043TGPP.insight.ly/user/invite/5d4490a6-a301-4733-a541-83384b4fa7cf. This will complete the invitation for admin@cannaregs.com

    If you still run into an issue, please let us know."
