Insightly Calendar Issues

Just this month, we've noticed that Insightly has begun automatically adding events to the calendar.

We're still trying to determine the exact trigger for these entries.  It appears to either be when an activity set is applied or when a task is marked as complete, even though none of the tasks are labeled as "events". 

We use Google Calendar for appointments, not Insightly, so we have to spend time manually deleting these entries to "un-clutter" the Insightly calendar so we can see project deadlines.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Can you provide the names of the Events that are being added to your Insightly calendar? Also, the name of the Activity Set that is applied and the Task that is marked as completed that triggers this effect.

  • Hi Alejandro,

    The events are always named "Appointment Set" and the time is always 12am.  The Activity Set being applied is 'repair bidding" and the task is set appointment. If you click through to the linked Opportunity, there are no events in the task list, completed or not.

    I'm unable to location based on the information provided. Can you try deleting all the "Appointment Sets" for now? And, if they show up again can you provide me with the last edit done in your Insightly Account that may have triggered this.
