Email don't be saved

 When i tried save a email in Insightly i can't.

I use a corporative gmail.

  • Same exact issue. I can save the contacts from an email conversation. However, it is impossible to save the email or link it to any project. The issue exist since we've switched to the new version of Gmail like 2-3 months ago. Really annoying.

    For now what we do: we forward each email to be saved to the specific link email address of the project. You can find it in project detail under the name "link email address".
