Sending Email To Contact As Part of Workflow
Insightly has a very powerful tool with the Workflow Processes however its missing one key ability. That ability is to create workflows based on lead, opportunity and project conditions.
For example, my company sells medical devices, and our cost per lead is quite high. If we quote a customer but lose the sale we like to check back in with them every three months after losing the sale. This allows us to build a relationship with them for future needs.
Currently, I can set up a task to remind the sales rep every 3 months after the opp is marked closed lost, but it would so much easier and save so much time to be able to fire off some e-mail templates instead. Please add the ability to e-mail to a contact related to the Lead, Opp or Project.
