Submitting a request

Someone from Insightly please contact me. 

I can't find where to "submit a request" 

I have been trying to find a help/support email to contact - I feel like it shouldn't be this hard. 

I have a paid account...

  • Ditto! I log into the Help Center... and do not have the 'Submit a Request' link I see in some kind of support article on how to get support. We have a paid subscription... what gives?

  • Hello Everyone,

    Insightly's Help Center and Community are hosted by Zendesk. If you are an Insightly user on a paid plan, then you already have a Help Center account. The email address to log in is the same email address you use to log into Insightly. Can you confirm you are logged into the Help Center account with your paid Insightly email address?

  • For some reason our "Leads" tab has disappeared . Why? There is a notice saying we need to upgrade because we have reached a data limit or something. So we have deleted 1000 emails but it is still there. What is going on?

  • Hello Robert Lushey,

    You'll want to also make sure you empty your Recycle Bin. You can find this option on the right side of your screen. Let me know if that does the trick.
