Outlook Calendar Sync Issues

Hello,

 

I'm having issues getting calendar sync to work with outlook/exchange. I checked with out IT administrator to make sure we were inputting the correct information and every time I still receive an error stating "Invalid URI". Is there a different format I should be using for the server name? Thank you.

    Using your email I see you are on a "Free" Insightly plan for your Insightly Account. Calendar sync is only available on paid Insightly accounts for users who use Google Calendar or Exchange calendars. This is

    We have three Insightly users that can’t see their calendar events, but others users can. Any suggestions?

  • Hey Scott,

    Do you have two examples you can share? One showing a user unable to see calendar events and a user who can see events.
