Insightly gmail icon not visible although functionality works

 We are a new user evaluating Insightly. 

Had the insightly icon added and working on gsuite. It has suddenly disappeared although the underlying functionality works if you know where to click.

Mobile has the same experience too on the gmail app.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing that issue!

    Can you try uninstalling the Insightly Add-On and re-installing to see if that does the trick. 

    To uninstall the Insightly Add-On please follow these steps:

    • Go to your Gmail Settings (gear icon)
    • Select "Get Add-ons"
    • Click the 3 dot icon on the Gmail Add-on you want to remove
    • Remove  

    To Install the Insightly Add-On follow these steps:

    • Click your Gmail settings/gear icon and select Get Add-ons.
    • In the G Suite Marketplace, search for and select Insightly.
    • Click Install.
    • Grant the necessary permissions.

    The Insightly Add-on for Gmail will now appear in your add-ons sidebar. You may now sign in. Hope that helps!

    Don't have the uninstall button. This is installed for the whole domain

     

    I am domain admin...I turned it off for everyone as well

     

    We are in a very weird state. Cannot seem to uninstall and reinstall!

  • I think this whole problem probably started when I had it installed on my gmail and then went ahead and installed it for the whole domain

  • Ok..was able to remove it from the entire domain. Then installed it just for me....same issue.

     

    There is something else going on here that y'all need to take a deeper look into

  • I also have this on my gmail instance as does my colleague. This is the new Insightly for gmail add on rather than then older Chrome Insightly extension.

    Thanks for your patience as our Engineering Team worked to resolve this issue. 

    Our Engineering Team has informed me that this issue is now resolved. The Insightly Add-On icons should appear now. If you still do not see them you'll just need to refresh the Insightly Add-On. To refresh simply log out and log back in that should do the trick. 

    Please confirm if the issue is resolved on your end or if it still occurs.
