The email I send from two different email accounts shows the same sender.

For example, my email is xxx@gmail.com and when i send an email, sender shows as FIsh Simply. But when my team who's account I want to use to send emails is xxx@gmail.com- the sender also shows as Fish Simply. 

How can I fix this? or can I? it basically defeats the purpose of setting up two accounts for email sending in Insightly.

  • Hello Francisco,

    This is working as intended. When you are logged into your own instance any email composed in your Insightly Account will show as Sent from yourself. The email you choose to email from will not update the sender's name.

    If you like to see an update considered for this feature I suggest posting a request to our Ideas & Suggestions page, which is monitored by our Product and Engineering teams. Your fellow Insightly users can vote and comment on the idea, too. In general, the more activity a request receives, the more likely it is to be considered for implementation.
