Push Notifications on mobile app

Very Frustrating. I've been using insighlty for a time but every time this issue comes up I feel like I cant get the full potential of your mobile app. I did a task reminder on my mobile app then waited for it the next day to notify me but no ntification. This has been my frustration from the very beggining. Please help me on this. I lost an important follow up to my client because of this. More power to you.

Hello Mark,

Can you provide a screenshot of the Task Reminder you created? I know you mentioned you created the Task reminder, was the reminder for yourself or another user in your account.

What was the resolution to this? Right now I have the red notification dot on my app but no push notification to go with them. What step am I missing?
