How do I add header or column to list?

I want to see organization when looking at the list of contacts. How do I add that (and other) columns to the list?

  • Hi Eric, you can add an organization column by creating a custom list view.  Here are the instructions: How to create a list view.

    Please note: the organization look-up field will have to be updated on the contact details page for an organization to appear in that column.
