Request Contact with Insightly Administration

Hello everyone. We are a non-profit organization  -- BECA.org -- that is being supported by Insightly.

An issue with the app has recently arisen that requires assistance.

Is there any way someone could pass on to us a contact e-mail address so that we can get this issue sorted out?

    We have tried this.

    Unfortunately our e-mails are automatically rejected because we are not a true paid account, hence the request for a specific contact within the company.

    I apologize for not clarifying that Insightly's customer support via email is only for paid users. Not to worry even if you are on a free plan I can still do my best to assist here. 

    Can you provide me with the details regarding the issue you are having with Insightly? If it helps you can also provide screenshots to showcase any error message.

    We have reached a ceiling of 2500 contacts. We would be very grateful if Insightly would consider raising our maximum limit.

    Insightly has been an invaluable tool for our organization's work here in Nicaragua.

    Happy to hear that Insightly has helped you and your Organization in Nicaragua!

    The only way to upgrade your storage for your Insightly Account is to upgrade to a paid plan with a higher storage/record limit. You can view our plan features and pricing on our pricing page.

    When logged into Insightly, you can upgrade and access your subscription settings and limits by clicking the profile icon in the upper right and selecting Billing & Account.

    Thanks for getting back to us. We are a non-profit with limited resources.

    We can't afford to upgrade to a paid plan. We are proud of our low administrative costs.

    Please ask management if they would consider our case.
