Updating my Credit Card

My card on file expired. I tried to update with a new card and it didn't work. Insightly keeps saying my card was declined. What gives?

    We are only able to see that your payment isn't being authorized by your bank. For more information on why the transaction was denied, we recommend reaching out to your credit card company for further details - we're only provided a generalized error message, and do not have additional details.
