Organization Import Stuck in Pending

A csv file I started importing has not gone through ~an hour later. There may have been some symbols that can't go through. I would like to trouble shoot but this message keeps appearing:

You have a pending import already in the queue. Please wait until that import has completed before importing another file.

Can you help clear this up so I may try again? Similar posts exist but the responses seem that help only comes from insightly's end.
