Login/signup woes

I have not set up an Insightly account, yet when I try to sign up using my email address, the site responds with "An account exists for this address."

When I try to request a password reset, the site responds with "[email address] does not match any existing user."

    Sorry for having this experience. Can you provide me with the email address you are using? I'd like to take a closer look into this.
