Insightly Custom Reporting Has Been Down For A Month


I'm looking to see if anyone else in the community has run into this problem. Some of our most important reports, which include custom fields as filters, no longer work as of the webinar that happened in mid-Feb. That release seems to have broken all custom reporting for us that require 2 or more custom field filters. I think that started on Feb 14.

If anyone else has run into this, have you found any work-arounds? At this point, we pulling data from insightly in order to use excel for reporting. It has been a major pain.

Would love some feedback from the community, I'm not sure if this is an isolated incident or if everyone is affected.
