Why does Insightly make it so hard to submit a ticket.

Why isn;t there a giant button to say submit ticket.  Looks like you don;t want to help.   Where are the instructions to submit a ticket without me searching and searching and searching.  I am beginning to hate you guys.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble submitting a ticket for an issue you stated you are experiencing. I also see that you created multiple posts in our Help Center in order to receive help on this issue. Please for future reference only submit one post per issue you are having. Creating posts will not expedite the process. 

    With that being said if you are a paid user you will need to log into the Help Center using your paid email address associated with your Insightly Account. And keep in mind support is provided from 8 am to 4 pm, Pacific time, Monday through Friday.

    Here are the steps for submitting a ticket:

    1. Sign in to the Help Center using the link at the top of the page. This is not your Insightly login. If you don't have a Help Center account, create one using the same email address you use with Insightly

    2. Click Submit a request and enter the subject and description of the issue. You may also attach files to your request



    3. After submitting your request, you'll receive an automated email confirmation with your ticket number. The Insightly Customer Care team will research your issue and follow up with you via email
