Insightly has stopped adding contacts from my office 365 email.

I don't use Outlook on PC but, Outlook web with Office 365. I setup the forwarding rule to add emails to Insightly. My account has reached the limit with I'm fine with as the emails in insightly doesn't provide any value to me but, the contacts have stopped being added since. How can I have the contacts created even though the emails are no longer being saved?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Being that have you have reached your storage limit and emails are not reaching your Insightly account, contacts are no longer being created. Contacts created by forwarded emails are created by our system when an email reaches Insightly and said email's header is scanned for possible matching email addresses. If an email address does not match a contact in Insightly, a new contact is created. Thus, due to your storage limit being reached, emails cannot come in and contacts cannot be created.

    I think the limit applies to all record types; therefore, you shouldn't be able to add anymore records to Insightly and have to upgrade.
