Changes to Basic Plan - I cannot see my colleagues tasks

For about 2 weeks now I have not been able to see what tasks my colleagues have in their list - I am on the basic plan - and this option seems to have been removed.  Do I now have to pay an extra $55 dollars each month just to see the tasks of my 2 employees please? or is this a glitch in my system?

    You do not need to pay extra a month to view other users Task. It sounds like this could be related to a browser issue. 

    To check if it’s the browser, can you try accessing the page with a different browser than the one you have been using? We recommend Firefox or Chrome and make sure that you've updated your browsers to the latest available version.

    If it works in another browser, I suggest logging out of all accounts, clearing the original browser’s cache, then signing back in to see if that resolves the problem.
