Can't login to Insightly

another user has been accessing free version regularly for over a year - was last in about three weeks ago, could not login today.  I tired logging in and said my email/password was not recognixed.

My email login is

andrew.simpson99@gmail.com

    Sorry to hear you are unable to log into your Insightly!

    If you are unable to log in using your email address and password. I suggest attempting to reset your Insightly password. You can do this by going to the 'Forgot Your Password?' link on the sign-in screen. Then, you'll receive an email from us with a link to choose a new password.
