Can't login to IOS app with same credentials as my browser

Hi,

I am trying to login into the IOS application with exactly the same credentials. I did a password reset to be sure I had the same authentication => same problem.

ERROR on IOS: Sorry, we did not recognize that email address or password.

My personal account is registered under firstname.name@domain.be, but my login works ONLY on firstname@domain.be.

1/ Logging in with firstname@domain.be & password => OK

2/ Logging in with firstname.name@domain.be & password via browser => Sorry, we did not recognize that email address or password.

3/ Logging in with firstname.name@domain.be & password via IOS => Sorry, we did not recognize that email address or password.

4/ Logging in with firstname@domain.be & password via IOS => Sorry, we did not recognize that email address or password.

5/ Logging in with Gsuite account (firstname.name@domain.be) via IOS & browser => Sorry, we did not recognize that email address or password.

I am a pro plan user

    Sorry to hear you are having login issues with your Insightly Account. 

    I'd like to first start with asking if you are still experiencing this issue with your Insightly Account? If yes, can you attempt to try a different browser (Firefox or Chrome) and making sure your Insightly mobile app is up to date?
