Hmmm, looks like a problem with your account.

Hello, I'm getting this credit card warning. I have a 4 user free account. I see other messages say it's no longer 4 free accounts. So I lower it down to 2 and it still keeps popping up with the credit card problem.

How do I fix this.

    I'd first like to start with asking if you are looking to have a paid Insightly subscription or if you wish to have a Free Insightly Account?

    Thanks for confirming that with me. 

    If you’d like to downgrade your paid Insightly account to a Free plan, you will first need to be sure that your account fits within the limits of the Free plan option:

    • No more than 2 Users
    • No more than 5 Email Templates
    • No more than 10 Custom Fields (2 per record type)
    • No more than 2,500 records (Check your Recycle Bin for records too.)
    • No more than 200mb storage

    I looked at your account and saw the following needs to be adjusted before switching to the Free plan:

    • Adjust user count from 3 to 2 or less
