I have a paid account but no SUBMITE A REQUEST button

How do I get help from a human or via email for updating an account.  We have had a staffing change and have several questions concerning to changing users/emails/administrators , etc.   We are going around in circles and have not been able to get the answer from any posts on the website.  If we don't get an answer our only choice would be to cancel our account altogether.

    To submit a support ticket:

    1. Sign in to the Help Center using the link at the top of the page. Make sure you sign in with the email associated with your Insightly account in order to see the Contact Us on the top right of the page.
    2. Click Contact Us and enter the subject and description of the issue. You may also attach files to your request.


    3. After submitting your request, you'll receive an automated email confirmation with your ticket number. Our Insightly Customer Care team will research your issue and follow up with you via email.
